Despite repeated calls since morning complainant has not appeared. Present complaint case was filed on 03.10.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 11.01.2024. On the last two dates of hearing i.e. 04.08.2023 and 11.01.2024 complainant was directed to serve OP. However till date complainant has not taken steps in this behalf.  Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
