Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 31.10.2022. Complainant is not appearing since after filing of the present complaint. On 27.03.2023 court notice was also issued to complainant for answering application of the OP for supplying legible copy of complaint. However complainant has also not taken steps as directed to him vide order dated 27.03.2023. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
