Case record is up today. On perusal of the case record it transpires that case is fixed for order. On perusal of the case record we find that complainant jagdish pat pingua has filed instant case against M/S shir Shakti Machinary stores Bhalubasa Bagan area and against Arjun das Manager of the above shiv Shakti Machinary stores. Further that a petition has been filed on behalf of the complainant on 04/03/2022 stating there in that complainant petition is does not want to proceed with the case as grievances of the complainant has been redressed outside the court and further prayer has been mode of pass necessary order in this case.

                                             Since complainant has steeled has dispute outside the court so we do not think proper to proceed with the case. In the result case is disposed of as settled. Office is directed to keep the record in record room.
