                        On dated 02.08.2017, Counsel for OP No.2 had made a separate statement and stated that he is ready to pay Rs.10,000/- as battery amount of Rs.8500/- and compensation of Rs.1500/- to the complainant in this case, within 15 days. Today counsel for the complainant has also made a separate statement in which he stated that as per statement made by counsel for OP No.2 he is agree with the statement and ready to accept the amount of Rs.10,000/- and wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the above said statements, It is made clear that the matter has been settled between the parties. OP No.2 is hereby directed to pay the amount of Rs. 10,000/- as battery amount of Rs.8500/- and compensation of Rs.1500/- to the complainant in this case, within 15 days. Keeping in view the above said statements, the present complaint has been settled between the parties and on the request of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
