Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

It appears from the case record that the complainant is absent on successive dates and he also failed to file the writ of the Ld. Commissioner and no fees has been paid to the Ld. Commissioner till date.  So this Commission vide its order dated 21/03/2022 directed the complainant to file show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed due to non prosecution.

Today on repeated calls complainant is found absent and no show cause file in accordance with the order of this Commission.  So this commission is constraint to dismiss the abovenoted complaint case.

Hence ordered that the complaint case being no. CC 189/2017 be and the same is dismissed due to non prosecution.
