This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The impugned order dated 11-03-2014 has been challenged by way of this appeal filed on 03-11-2014 which is prima faciely time barred. The appeal was filed defective and several opportunities have already been given to the appellant for removal of the defects but neither the defects have been removed; nor the appellant appeared.
Hence, this appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant as well as time barred.
