The record is taken up by petition.

Another application is filed for modification of order no. 7 dated 13.06.2022.

The application is registered as MA/161/2022.

After hearing the Ld. Advocate and perusing the petition we find that the complainant wants to make publication of notice in any newspaper other than Ananda Bazar or Bartaman to notify the OP about the pendency of the case as against them. But there is no newspaper other than aforesaid two newspapers were such publication can be made to the knowledge of all concerns.

Therefore the prayer for modification of the order no. 7 calls for no action and stands rejected.

The MA being No. 161/2022 is thus disposed of.

Todate for supplying and filing copy of newspaper containing publication of notice.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
