This is an execution application filed under section 27 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, to pass an order for payment of Rs.15,000/- by the judgment debtor/opposite party failing which this Forum may pass order to arrest the Manager of the Puducherry Division of the Judgment Debtor/Opposite party.
Today the petition was called. The petitioner/Decree Holder/Complainant present. Counsel for petitioner represented. The petitioner endorsed that he has received a sum of Rs.15,000/- from the opposite party towards the E.A. amount under cheque No.717656 dated 08.12.2014 of Ing Vysia Bank and prayed to record the full satisfaction and to pass orders in the interest of justice.
In view of the endorsement made by the petitioner/Decree Holder, this E.A. is terminated.
