                   File taken up today on filing of application, by the learned counsel for the complainant, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. Today, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties, now nothing remains due against the OPs.  Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same on behalf of the complainant, as per instructions given by the complainant.  

                   In view of the above-said statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
