          None present for the Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  On perusal of the order-sheet it is revealed that Complainant was absent even on previous three adjourned dates viz. 05/12/2016, 16/02/2017 and 31/03/2017.  Perusal of scrutiny-sheet maintained by the registry it is revealed that Complainant was fully aware of the fact that this case was listed before this Forum for hearing on admission on 05/12/2016, as Complainant has signed the scrutiny sheet in token of knowledge about date for hearing on admission.  Thus, in these peculiar circumstances, it is evident that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint is not admitted and stands dismissed for want for prosecution in accordance with the provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of the Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  No order as to costs.
