3. M/s Shree Krishna Enterprises SCO 20, New Mugal Colony Market, near new Kaithal Bye Pass Karnal 132001 (Haryana), through Shri Sumit Gupta, managing Director.

                   At the stage  complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh on the same cause of action.    

                 In view of the statement of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a permission to file a fresh on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
