Complainant present and counsel for OP represented by Smt A Thangkhiew has furnished and submitted the cheque for an amount of Rs 7055.51 vide cheque No. 205517 dt 27/08/2015 which was duly received by the complainant Stepbashai Nongpiur in terms of the settlement, petition dt 30/07/2015 and complainant has acknowledged the receipt of the said amount. As case has been settled and compromise the case accordingly stand disposed off as settled.
