Seen petition dated 14.03.2019 filed by Opposite Party, Shillong Hyundai stating that the OP has replace the defective Vehicle with a brand new Vehicle on 14.02.2019 and that a brand new vehicle Hyundai Creta 1.6 VTVT SX with VIN MALC 381 CCKM528653, Engine No. G4FGJU586542 bearing registration No ML 05-S 7125 was delivered to the complainant. OP has attached a receipt letter of the complainant who has also acknowledged received of the same on 14.02.2019. Signature of the complainant is verified. Based on the above report filed by the Opposite Party the case is disposed off accordingly.
