ORDER

            The petition was filed on 23.03.2013. Alleging that she had been joined PPTTC Course conducted by the opposite parties at Feroke Chungam. In order to complete the course complainant had to paid Rs.12,000/- as fees. She had been joined the above course as per the offer given by the opposite party that there is a vacancy in this school and if she completing the course which have a Govt. recognition and if she pays Rs.1,00,000/- deposit she will be getting the post in this school. As per the offer of the opposite party complainant completed the course and she had given the deposit  of Rs.1,00,000/- for getting the job. As per the stipulation when ever the complainant relieving from the above job she will be given back the amount. Then the  complainant came to know that the above course has no government recognition. So that complainant relieved from the job on 03.10.2012 and claim the amount. But the opposite party not returned the amount.
 
            In the above case notice was issued to both parties but the opposite parties remained absent and set exparte on 04.01.2014.
 
            Complainant filed chief affidavit and  examined as PW1.Ext.A1 to A4  were marked. Hence she proved her case. So that the above petition is partly allowed. Complainant is entitled to get the course fee and deposited amount from the opposite parties.
 
 
 
 
 
            In the result we are of the opinion that complainant is entitled to get course fee of Rs.12,000/- and deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- from the opposite parties. Therefore opposite party is directed to pay the amount to the complainant within one month from the date of receiving the copy of the order.
 
Pronounced in the open court this the 24th day of January 2014.
