                 Case called out repeatedly. Both the parties are present. The complainant has moved an application for dismissal of the present complaint on the ground that both the parties have settled there disputes and there is no further disputes in between the parties. The Learned Counsel for the O.P. has made an endorsement on this application that he has no objection against this application. In view of the above, the present complaint is dismissed as not pressed. Let record be consigned.
