The parties are present.

In the present case the complainant has already settled the case on receiving a new charger light.

The OP gives a new charger light in favour of the Complainant.

So, we do not find any impediment to settle the case.

Hence,

                O R D E R E D

                                      that CC/106/2018 be and the same is dropped  on settlement through Lok Adalat and CC case be and the same is dropped on full satisfaction.

 

                  Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
