Dinesh Vs. Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank

 

Present:        Complainant in person with counsel Sh. Anoop Kumar Vashisth, Advocate.

                    Sh. Pawan Kumar Punia, Advocate for OPs.

 

                    Today complainant has made a statement, recorded separately, that he withdraws the present complaint at this stage, as having some defects in it. He has further stated that after completing the documents, permission may be granted to file it afresh.    

                     In view of the above statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Permission to file a fresh complaint on this cause of action is granted to complainant with benefit of limitation period, as per rules. Original documents attached with this complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on case file. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. Case file be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance.
