Learned counsel for both the parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per terms of settlement arrived at between the parties orally, respondent no.1/complainant can withdraw a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh and ten thousand only) out of Rs.1,68,430/- already lying with the District Forum-II, Jaipur. Balance amount lying deposited with the District Forum-II, Jaipur, along with interest if any, be refunded to the petitioner. In view of the joint statement given by the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed of being compromised. Respondent no.1- Sherepal Singh shall be paid a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh and ten thousand only) out of Rs.1,68,430/- lying deposited with the District Forum-II, Jaipur. Balance amount lying with the District Forum shall be refunded to the petitioner. Accordingly, order passed by the District Forum stands set aside and the complaint filed by respondent no.1, stands dismissed. Dasti.
