This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

Counsel for complainant and opposite party present. The matter settled before mediation and the Demand Draft for Rs.30,000/- is also submitted by opposite party to be handed over to the complainant is available with the minutes of the mediation. Counsel for complainant received the said Demand Draft. Hence it is ordered that the complaint is settled and disposed accordingly.
