Final Order / Judgement

The Ld. Advocates on both sides are present. The parties are also present in person.

One application is filed seeking withdrawal of the case on the ground that the dispute in between the parties have already been resolved by way of settlement out of court. Copy of the application has been given to the Ld. Advocate of the OPs. On being asked the complainant also submits that he does not wants to proceed with the case. Since the matter has amicably been settled out of court the application seeking dismissal of the case should be allowed for the ends of justice.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn: but without cost.

The MA being no. 108/2022 which is pending decision will also stands disposed of as being not pressed.

The documents filed by the complainant in support of the complaint be returned to the filing Advocate.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
