          Sheela-complainant has made statement (Annexure-2) that she has received a demand draft (Photocopy Annexure-1) of Rs.1,10,000/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited-appellant in full and final settlement of her claim.

2.      In view of above, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
