Complainant and OP2 filed compromise today  which has been attested by this Forum  on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise, (Ex1), OP2 has paid  a sum of Rs.27,378/- vide cheque no. 294641 as full and final settlement to the complainant subject to encashment of the same. Complainant undertakes to return the mattress to OP2 in seven days.   Both the parties mutually decided the case and no more dispute is left between the parties.  As complainant has accepted the amount of Rs. 23,738/- as full and final settlement  hence the complaint is disposed of as settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law.  File be consigned to record room.
