08-11-2017:-            The learned counsel for the petitioner.

                                The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention to the typographical error in Paragraph 2 & 5 of the order dated 25.09.2017 passed in Appeal 236 of 2015 by this Commission, wherein paragraph 2  instead of daughter in law and son in advertence it is typed as mother in law and father in law. Let the aforesaid word read as daughter in law son and similar the word daughter be read as mother in paragraph 5 of the aforesaid order. the order dated 25.09.2017 in appeal no. 236 of 2015 passed by this commission the typographical error stands corrected as above.

        In the result, the Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
