           Part arguments on admission heard. Ms. Diksha Gupta advocate for complainant made separate statement that police has not submitted untrace report before Magistrate of the Area. The complaint is premature. Therefore, complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on same cause of action on submitting untraced report/order.

            In view of above statement the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on same cause of action on filing untraced report/order.  

 Copy of order be given Dasti and file be consigned to record.
