Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint. During admission hearing it is noticed by us that in the paragraph no-8 due to inadvertence different fact of the case is mentioned. The instant complaint is related to the claim from the Insurance Company, but in the questioned paragraph the fact is related to non-providing of electric connection. Hence the Complainant is directed to file a complaint after rectification of the said error.

Therefore on the abovementioned score the Consumer Complaint being no-CC/31/2021 is hereby dismissed without being admitted. There is no order as to cost.  The Complainant is at liberty to file afresh after rectification of the aforementioned error before the appropriate Commission/Court, if not barred otherwise.
