No.3 present. He files a pursis stating that Respondent No.1 ShaukataliKhan

Afzalkhan has died on 8/1/2002. Death Certificate of ShaukataliKhan Afzalkhan

is filed along with the pursis. No steps have been taken by Revision Petitioner to

bring legal heirs of Respondent No.1 ShaukataliKhan Afzalkhan on record. As

such for not bringing legal heirs on record, we have no option but to dismiss the

revision petition.

Hence the order…

1) Revision Petition is dismissed.

2) No order as to cost.

3) Inform the parties accordingly.
