ORDER

Sh. I.P.S.Mangat, Advocate, Counsel for the appellant has handed over banker’s cheque bearing No.257883 dated 01.02.2017 in the sum of Rs.58,183/- to respondent No.1/Sh.Shashi Mohan Verma/complainant. Photocopy of the aforesaid cheque has been retained on record. It is stated by the aforesaid complainant that on account of part payment made, no grievance has left against the appellant and the judgment passed stands satisfied.

                        Counsel for the appellant further states that as per the norms of Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) the amount assessed by the authorities i.e. Rs.33,400/- is less. Liberty shall remain with respondent No.1/complainant to take up the matter with the authority concerned and the authority will give a finding that the amount has been paid, as per the Memorandum of Understanding between the parties. If it is not paid, as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, let rest of the amount be paid accordingly.

                        In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
