This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The impugned order dated 01-08-2013 has been challenged by way of this appeal filed on 26-12-2013 having some defects indicated by the office but the defects have not been removed by the appellant despite several opportunities have been afforded to the appellant since 2013. The absence of the appellant as well as not removing the defects shows that the appellant is least interested in this appeal.
Hence, this appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
