As per A. K. Tiwari :                       

            The applicant has filed the present execution application seeking compliance of order dated 15.12.2021 passed by this Commission in First Appeal 1438/2013 (Shyamsunder Yadav Vs Government Primary School, Koshta & Ors) whereby this Commission has allowed the appeal filed by the complainant against the order dated 06.03.2013 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rewa (for short ‘District Commission’).

2.                In fact, this execution application ought to have been filed before the District Commission instead of this Commission since the District Commission is executing court in the matter. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not maintainable. Applicant is at liberty to file application before the District Commission.
