Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered address at Orchid Towers, 26 A Hindustan Park, 5^th Floor, Room No.03, Kolkata 700029. Present Address Rajat Enclave, Flat No.3H, 58, Manik Bandyopadhyay Sarani, Kolkata 700040.

3. Monaj Kr. Sethia, M/s. Sharvani Developers Pvt. Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered address at Orchid Towers, 26 A Hindustan Park, 5^th Floor, Room No.03, Kolkata 700029. Present Address Rajat Enclave, Flat No.3H, 58, Manik Bandyopadhyay Sarani, Kolkata 700040.

Today is fixed for further order and execution report of warrant of arrest.

Both parties are present. Dhr received the cheque amounting to Rs.61054/- and the ld. Lawyer for the Dhr submits that the amount has already been credited in the account of the Dhr. So the Dhr has no grievance against the Jdrs and prays for disposal of the present Execution Application with full and final satisfaction. Heard both sides.

Ld. Lawyer for the Jdrs submits that as the Jdrs have already complied the award passed by this Forum on 30.11.2017. The Ld. Lawyer for the Jdrs prays for recalling the warrant of arrest issued against the Jdrs forthwith otherwise the Jdrs will suffer irreparable loss and injury.

 In such circumstances as the Dhr prays for disposal of this Execution Application as there is no grievance left against the Jdrs, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the Jdrs for recalling the warrant of arrest issued against Jdrs- Monoj Kr. Sethia, Kavita Sethia , both are Director of M/s. Sharvani Developers  Pvt. Ltd. and the Project Head/ Project-in-Charge of M/s. Shavani Developers Pvt. Ltd. The W/A issued against the above persons are hereby recalled.

The Officer-in-Charge, P.S.- Dewandighi, Dist.- Purba Bardhaman, Pin 713102 is hereby requested not to execute the warrant of arrest issued against the above persons as the same are recalled.

Let the copy of this order by supplied to the parties free of cost.

The Execution Application filed by the Dhr is disposed off with full and final satisfaction.

Hence, it is

that the Execution Application being No.05/2018 is disposed off with full and final satisfaction without any cost.
