2.Voltas Limited, A-43, Mohan Coop, Sarita Vihar, Industrial Area, New Delhi – 110044 through its Managing Director.

ORDER:

 

 

2.                 Sh.Vishal Khundi Advocate for the OP No.2 made statement that Ops are ready to   replace the fridge of the complainant with the same model within a period of thirty days. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the OP No.2, he does not want to pursue  with the present complaint.

Statements of both the learned counsel for the parties have been recorded separately.

3.               In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
