                This complaint has been called several times since morning, but the complainant has failed to appear either in person of through her Advocate before this Forum up to 3:40PM. The complainant is local resident. Further wait is unjustified.  Non appearance of complainant either in person of through any Advocate shows that she is no more willing to prosecute this complaint.  Complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance on the part of the complainant. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint against the respondents on the same cause of action subject to the period of limitation.
