Sharma Electronics, Main Road, Opposite Housing Board Gurdwara, Dhanas, UT Chandigarh, through its Proprietor. 2. M/s Videocon, SCO No.80-82, 2nd Floor, Sector 17-D, Chandigarh, through its Manager. – Opposite Parties(OPs) Present: Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Complainant. None for OP No.1. Mrs.Vijayata Sharma, Advocate for OP No.2. Dated, the 30th day of April, 2010. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by learned counsel for the parties is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Mrs.Vijayata Sharma, Advocate for OP No.2. The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.2 shall replace the refrigerator in question of the complainant with brand new one having fresh warranty within fifteen days from today i.e. 30.4.2010. The OP No.2 will deduct the amount of Rs.6200/- already paid by the complainant, from the total invoice amount of the new refrigerator. Statement of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate for Complainant. I accept the above statement given by Ms.Vijayata Sharma, Advocate for OP No.2. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly. ‘ 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.2 would replace the refrigerator in question of the complainant with brand new one having fresh warranty within 15 days from today i.e. 30.4.2010. Further, the OP No.2 would deduct the amount of Rs.6200/- already paid by the complainant, from the total invoice amount of the new refrigerator. 3.
