ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall replace battery of the vehicle purchased by the complainant with a new battery and pay compensation of Rs.350/- along wih a cost of Rs.150/- within a period of 45 days from the date of the receipt of this order failing which the complainant is at liberty to take our execution of this order by presenting a petition to this Forum.
