          It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents/complainants that there is no objection if the present revision petition filed by the petitioner is allowed and  complaint  filed by  the respondents before the District Forum be

dismissed. However, liberty be granted to respondents/complainants to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate Forum.

          In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the respondents, the present revision petition stand allowed and in consequence thereof the complaint filed before the District Forum shall stand dismissed.

          However, liberty is granted to the respondents/complainants to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate Forum.

          With these observations, the revision petition stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
