None is present for the appellant. This Commission issued notice dtd.20.08.201 to the appellant by Registered Post Acknowledgement Due (RPAD) on 24.08.2015 on its same address given in the appeal memo.  The said notice has been returned with postal endorsement as “Left”.  The appellant has not furnished its changed address to this Commission for reissuing the notice to it. Therefore, there is no alternative but to dismiss in default the appeal.

 

Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.

No order as to costs.
