ORDER:-

                     File taken up today on the application of counsel of complainant for granting permission to withdraw the complaint. The learned counsel for complainant has also made a statement that due to some technical deficiencies, he does not want to proceed any further with the present complaint and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file afresh.  Statement recorded separately.      

                     In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before competent court of law, if he wishes so.  File be consigned after due compliance.
