                   The Branch Manager of OP no. 2 in his statement has stated that the complainant has deposit Rs. 12,990/- from 13.12.2014 to 13.12.2016 in his Sahara Daily Account.  The maturity amount alongwith interest was payable to the complainant on 13.12.2016.  The complainant has to submit the maturity demand form to the OP no. 2 for the payment of the amount due.

                   The complainant submitted that the OP no. 2 is liable to pay the maturity amount including interest with further interest from 13.12.2016 to the date of payment and litigation expenses.

                   The OP no. 2 is directed to pay the maturity amount including interest with further interest at the rate of 10 per cent per annum from 13.12.2016 to the date of payment to the complainant within 30 days from the date of the submission of the maturity demand form by the complainant to it plus litigation cost of Rs. 1,000/-.  The complainant is directed to furnish the martuirty demand form etc. to the OP no. 2, immediately. File be consigned to the records.
