                        Sh. J.B. Saini, Adv. for OPs No.2 & 3 (defence struck off).

                       

                        Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. Perusal of case file reveals that complainant is not pursuing the case since last many dates of hearing.  It is 3.30 p.m.  Further wait seems not to be justified. As such, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
