     Complaint be registered. Sh.Sandeep Panwar, Counsel for Complainant has made statement on the first page of the complaint itself that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file it before appropriate Forum.

     Liberty granted.

     Accordingly, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. On the oral request of the counsel for complainant, remaining sets have been returned to him after retaining one original set of the complaint.
