The parties are absent on repeated calls. No steps taken on their behalf. On perusal of record, it is found that from 10/03/2015, the case is lingering in hearing stage but none of the parties are appearing since then. It is clear that the complainant is not interested to proceed with case any more. Adjourning any more will be unnecessary wastage of time. Hence the case is dismissed due to default of the petitioner.
