          In pursuance to the interim order passed by this Commission on 07.4.2005, possession of three flats, as per terms of Agreement, has been handed over to the respondents.  In view of this,                           Sh. Raghupathy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents does not press his claim for the rent at the rate of Rs.1000/- per month

from each of the complainants and Rs.1 Lac as damages awarded by the State Commission.

          In view of submission made by Sh. Raghupathy, learned counsel for the respondents, the order directing the petitioner to pay rent as aforesaid as well as the damages stands deleted.  Rest of the order regarding handing over of possession of three flats stands complied with.

            In view of the above, this revision petition becomes infructuous and is dismissed.
