Respondent No.1 is personally present and submits that electricity has been provided by the authority and he has no grievance against any one and filed a xerox copy of the Order Nos. 8 dated 27.03.2014 and 9 dated 09.04.2014 in EA No. 94/2013 showing that the said EA has been disposed of with full satisfaction. Upon hearing the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant in the matter, there is found to be no further merit in proceeding of this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is not admitted and stands rejected.
