Heard the Ld. Advocates appearing for the respective parties in full.

Going through the contents of the application under Section 38(8) of C.P. Act, 2019 filed by the petitioner/complainant and its objection filed by O.Ps. 4 and 5 and also the objection filed on behalf of O.P. 3 including the entire materials on record as a whole and touching upon the submission advanced by the Ld. Counsels appearing for the respective parties we find sufficient materials for allowing the prayer made by the petitioner/complainant under Section 38(8) of C.P. Act, 2019. We are also of the view the order passed by this Commission on 13.12.2022 directing the parties to this case to maintain status quo in respect of the flat in question be extended till disposal of CC/627/2022.

Accordingly, parties to this case are categorically directed to maintain status quo in respect of flat in question till disposal of CC/627/2022.

The instant Misc. Case is disposed of accordingly.
