Both sides are present through their Ld. Advocates.  The Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant upon production of the document which is kept on record submits that pursuant to the order of the District Forum below the execution and registration of the Deed in question has been completed in the meantime in favour of the Complainant - Respondent.  Such fact has not been denied by the Complainant - Respondent.  Having regard to the said facts this appeal is disposed of with a direction upon the Appellant to pay the awarded cost to the Complainant within a period of thirty days from this day.  The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
