ORDER

The judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint of the complainant is allowed in part. The opposite party is directed to pay Rs.2,660/- being the refund of excess amount colleced by opposite party by adopting unfair trade practice and restrictive trade practice. He is also directed to pay Rs.300/- to the complainant as cost of the proceedings within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Further the amount of Rs.2,660/- awarded in this complaint is ordered to be deposited in the name of Kum.R. Shilpa, Minor Daughter of the complainant in any one of the nationalised Banks till she attains the majority. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
