8.2.2021 Present: Counsel for complainant.

Statement of Sh. Rajesh Mittal Counsel for complainant recorded to the effect that he wants some more time to produce on record some relevant documents but the complainant is admitted in Hospital. So, he withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant with a request of liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after obtaining the above said documents. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint if desires so as per law. Copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
