Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that as per his instructions, the dispute, subject matter of the present Appeal, has been amicably settled with the Respondents/Complainants and he has instructions not to press the present Appeal.

        In view of the submission, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
