DH absent. JD files attendance.

Learned advocate Anil Kumar Mishra for the JD submits that the dispute

has been amicably settled and the policy has been regularised and in view

of above circumstances order dated 25.10.2019 is not being complied by the

DH.

From perusal of the record submission of the learned advocate for the JD 

appears to be correct. Despite warning by this court vide order dated 10.01.2023

even, previous order has not been complied. In view of the above fact’s the further 

proceeding of this execution case is dropped/Dismissed.
