3. Swastik Constructions through its Promoter Sham Sunder, SCO No. 3, Sector 17-E, Chandigarh.

                        Today the case was fixed for consideration on the admissibility of the complaint. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement, in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty  to file afresh.   

                        Heard.  In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the complainant  free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
